Job Description

It is necessary to evaluate current hiring practices and make the necessary adjustments in order to create a workplace that is truly diverse. You must complete an end-to-end analysis for the project and implement the necessary procedural changes to improve ITC Foods' diversity hiring practices. 
Key Tasks:

• Examine internal procedures and guidelines to make sure that people with disabilities and people of all genders are included.
• Recognize the current diversity hiring environment, identify any gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with both external and internal stakeholders to strengthen the Diversity Hiring initiatives.
