Influencer marketing is best suited for a youthful, driven, and enterprising person who is well-versed in social media platforms and the various social influencer cohorts and their content. Three to four years of prior influencer marketing experience is preferred. 

 Influencer Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and oversight of influencer outreach programs for all of ITC's personal care brands. 
  • Develop and preserve connections with bloggers, Instagrammers, YouTubers, and social media personalities.
  • Keep an eye on the competition for influencer campaigns and the use of influencers. 
  • Map the monthly influencer SOV in terms of views, shareability, reach, and engagement. 
  • Custodian and Analytics for campaign results and influencer evaluation for ITC's internal influencer tracking and monitoring platform.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce content teams, social media teams, performance marketing teams, brand teams, and aggregator/influencer agencies to develop successful campaigns. 
  • Engage in and oversee the social communities they belong to, making sure they maintain strong connections to the networks of influencers.

Requirements

one to three years' experience creating influencer marketing campaigns. It is preferred for those who have used influencer aggregators and managed influencers in the past. Preference will be given to those with prior experience in D2C influencer outreach and content to commerce.

  • Imaginative and knowledgeable about the fields of content to commerce and influencer marketing 
  • Keeps up with trends and is very knowledgeable about all social media platforms, their tools, and the cohort-wise influence of users on those platforms.
