Influencer marketing is best suited for a youthful, driven, and enterprising person who is well-versed in social media platforms and the various social influencer cohorts and their content. Three to four years of prior influencer marketing experience is preferred. 

 Influencer Marketing Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and oversight of influencer outreach programs for all of ITC's personal care brands. 
  • Develop and preserve connections with bloggers, Instagrammers, YouTubers, and social media personalities.
  • Keep an eye on the competition for influencer campaigns and the use of influencers. 
  • Map the monthly influencer SOV in terms of views, shareability, reach, and engagement. 
  • ITC's internal influencer tracking and monitoring platform's management and analytics for campaign outcomes and influencer assessment.
  • To create effective campaigns, work together with e-commerce content teams, social media teams, performance marketing teams, brand teams, and aggregator/influencer agencies. 
  • Participate in and manage the social groups they are a part of, ensuring they keep close ties to the influencer networks.

  • Keeps up with trends and is very knowledgeable about all social media platforms, their tools, and the cohort-wise influence of users on those platforms. 
  • A creative eye to improve the caliber of material for marketing campaigns.
