Influencer marketing is best suited for a youthful, driven, and enterprising person who is well-versed in social media platforms and the various social influencer cohorts and their content. Three to four years of prior influencer marketing experience is preferred.
Influencer Marketing Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning, execution, and oversight of influencer outreach programs for all of ITC's personal care brands.
- Develop and preserve connections with bloggers, Instagrammers, YouTubers, and social media personalities.
- Keep an eye on the competition for influencer campaigns and the use of influencers.
- Map the monthly influencer SOV in terms of views, shareability, reach, and engagement.
- ITC's internal influencer tracking and monitoring platform's management and analytics for campaign outcomes and influencer assessment.
- To create effective campaigns, work together with e-commerce content teams, social media teams, performance marketing teams, brand teams, and aggregator/influencer agencies.
- Participate in and manage the social groups they are a part of, ensuring they keep close ties to the influencer networks.

- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Imaginative and knowledgeable about the fields of content to commerce and influencer marketing
- Keeps up with trends and is very knowledgeable about all social media platforms, their tools, and the cohort-wise influence of users on those platforms.
- A creative eye to improve the caliber of material for marketing campaigns.
