Business Development Executives (BDEs) are members of the bank's front-line sales force, and their primary responsibility is to obtain new corporate salary accounts for the bank and explore new business opportunities. BDEs are in charge of selling products and services to employees working for corporations and having a salaried relationship with us based on their requirements. They are also in charge of customer mapping and handling queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities for corporate salary accounts by establishing new relationships with corporations.
- Manage business relations with existing corporate customers to increase the depth of those relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the organization.
- Conduct market enhancement activities within corporations to improve their business.
- Record and track all engagement activities using the CRM system.
- Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation that govern the financial services industry.

- Graduate with less than 1 year of experience
Role Proficiencies:
- Effective communication, both verbal and written. proficiency in both English and the local language.
- Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
