As a Customer Service Job Requirements:

  • Analyse and resolve client enquiries through phone calls. 
  • Assist the CRM team with the execution and implementation of process enhancements, in cooperation with the Team Leader.
  • Improve the customer experience with client services by ensuring that customer issues are swiftly addressed and all concerns are resolved. 
  • Ensure that all Company Policies & Procedures, Code of Conduct, and Regulatory Guidelines are carefully followed while serving consumers. 
  • Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and respectful manner at all times. 
  • Have sufficient knowledge of the products and services, and react to all enquiries appropriately. 
  • Think imaginatively and propose new proposals to increase operational efficiency, effectiveness, internal controls, or customer service.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Should have good verbal and written English communication skills. 
  • Should be both customer and team orientated. 
  • Candidates with 0-3 years of experience are welcome to apply. 
  • Undergraduate freshmen are not eligible. 
  • The candidate should be comfortable with working from the office. 
  • Should be comfortable working night shifts.
