As a Customer Success Executive at Jumbotail you will –

• To comprehend the flow of acquisition and incubation, get your set of clients and oversee the initial processes. 
• Manage your own relationship with assigned customers overall, focusing on retention, success, and increased product adoption. 
• Use scalable resources to update the app over time and acquire new versions. 
• Create a strong emotional bond with every assigned client to ensure the value of Jumbotail's goods and services is maintained.
• Encourage the customer's perspective to be considered in all business discussions. 
• Promote the needs and concerns of customers cross-functionally 
• Create, ready, and maintain a clientele for Jumbotail as well as government regulations and legal issues.
