Junior Acquisition Manager Job Description:

• Acquisition of new clients (NTB) through external individual efforts for the bank's current account and savings account products. Customers will be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, and corporations.
•  Revenue generation, customer acquisition, retention, and cost-efficiency By adhering to products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Handled acquired customers for 3 months to strengthen relationships before transferring to Branch Banking. 
• Organizes regular promotions and customer events to generate leads.
• Cross-selling mutual funds, gold, insurance, and asset products.
