In the Talent Acquisition team, the TA Operations Associate is in charge of keeping accurate and current records, managing vendors, paying invoices, and more. This role manages a variety of administrative and data-related tasks, which is vital to the efficient operation of the Talent Acquisition function. 
 

Junior Associate Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry and Maintenance:

  • Enter, update, and preserve information in other HR databases and the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Make sure that all candidate data, recruitment metrics, and reports are appropriately documented and updated on a regular basis.

2. Vendor Management:

  • Keep up your connections with service providers and vendors for hiring. 
  • Keep an eye on and record service agreements. 
  • Assist in the coordination of vendor-related communications and activities. 
  • Processing of Invoices: Compile, review, and manage hiring-related invoices. 
  • Verify the accuracy of the invoices and the timely processing of payments. 
  • Keep track of all invoices and associated financial records.

3. Compliance and Documentation:

  • Keep all records pertaining to recruitment tidy and confidential.
  • Assist the auditing process by supplying the required records and data.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in data entry, administrative assistance, or a similar position. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. 
  • Strong organizing and detail-oriented abilities.
