Junior Technician Job Responsibilities:

• Ascertain that the assigned premium processing is finished precisely and on schedule.
• When unable to finish tasks, ask Senior Technicians questions.
• Take part in personal development and feedback
• Assist in achieving the service's agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs
• As an individual, make sure you adhere to and maintain all corporate policies, procedures, risk management policies, and audit requirements.
• Make sure you finish the training and assessment assignments that the compliance and training departments assign you.

• Having a degree 
• Knowledge of insurance and its importance to businesses 
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities 
• Capacity to operate independently and collaboratively
