Key responsibilities:

• Making calls to Life Advisors (LAs) who are no longer active using lists or databases. 
• Working for a set amount of time to coordinate with Life Advisors (LAs) to address their concerns or questions. 
• Aim to activate the LAs on a month-by-month basis. 
• After the training process, follow up with LAs to answer questions, maintain engagement, and forge relationships that will last throughout the Las activation cycle. 
• Reporting to the managers and team lead after the LAs are activated.

Education : Graduate (Any Stream)

Outstanding verbal interpersonal abilities with the ability to engage effectively with LAs.
