What you will do in this role:
- Using and navigating between tools with ease while in a chat session to make sure you can provide the most accurate and comprehensive support possible
- Providing a superior customer experience by responding to enquiries through an online chat channel while adhering to prescribed shifts, protocols, metrics, and departmental objectives
- Using contact monitoring technologies to record every customer encounter and raising unsolved customer issues to the right resources, including all relevant information.
- Keeping your promise, informing others about your work's progress, and recognising and asking assistance with any hurdles that stand in the way of your aims
- Accumulating and preserving up-to-date campaign knowledge

Your qualifications:
- Minimum education required for high school
- Applications are welcome from both inexperienced and seasoned agents.
- Experience using web chat in a contact center setting (Beneficial)
- Possessing prior international BPO experience is advantageous.
- Strong command of the English language and outstanding ability to write business letters
- Proven computer literacy, proficiency with Microsoft Office, comprehension of pertinent software, and advanced online capabilities
