Job Description :

• Development of a new vendor.
• Negotiating prices with suppliers.
• Vendor stock reconciliations.
• Bills from suppliers are verified and passed forward to ensure that payments are completed on time.
• Taking care of the quality problems.
• Managing the warehouse and RM/PM store.
• Organizing a seamless raw material/packaging connectivity transaction.
• Assure efficient material tracking.
• Managing all retail stocks and stores.
• Putting together the daily work report.
• The department's daily operational review is carried out effectively.
• Resolving all issues pertaining to dispatch, issued materials, RM/PM, etc. 
• Monitoring import materials while working with the head office's import team.
• Using SAP to manage all inventories.
