1. To meet the designated Respective Branch's collecting goals.
2. Achieving the product's target for collections.
3. Ensuring the compilation of legal guidelines in text and spirit for the complete collection structure.
4. Verify that the in-house collectors and collection agencies follow the rules set forth by the applicable legislation.
5. Make sure the Code of Conduct is followed.
6. Constantly keeping an eye on in-house collectors and collection agencies to spot fraudulent activity and make sure no losses result from it.
