Acquisition of Merchants: It is anticipated that the Growth Executive (GE) will onboard new merchants within the incumbent's designated geographic area. Due to the fact that payments are not dependent on the type of business, a wide range of merchants can be integrated. The general executive needs to apply their expertise and comprehension of the Indian retail landscape to develop comprehensive strategies for the major accounts.
Map Competition: We must keep an eye on the market and be aware of competitors' activities in important accounts in order to respond promptly. This will guarantee that suitable reaction plans are developed and put into action. In order to guarantee that PhonePe always stays one step ahead of the competition, the GE must closely monitor the competition and share best practices within the company.
Revenue Generation: GE is in charge of using Phonepe's ad sales proposition to generate income from both new and current accounts. ( Current products Scratch card /Banners/smart speakers). Previous experience in revenue generation is a plus.
