Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and give suitable solutions via phone, email, and chat.
- Sales Support: Help consumers understand purchasing procedures by offering extensive product information and helping them through the process.
- Documentation: Ensure that all client contacts are accurately documented, and keep records in accordance with business standards.
- Complaint Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns in an effective manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with clients to confirm that their concerns have been handled and that they are pleased with the services offered.
- Policy management: Assist consumers with policy renewals, cancellations, and endorsements.
- Cross-Selling/Up-Selling: Look for possibilities to cross-sell and upsell other services and goods.

- Excellent communication abilities (both vocal and written).
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office.
- Ability to solve problems and deal with stress.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to professionals.
Eligibility: Seeking SSC, Graduates or higher education applicants; regardless of experience. Fluency in English or Hindi language is mandatory. Proficiency in regional languages or prior experience in customer service is desirable.
