Relationship Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer via open and interactive communication
• As determined by the business plan, regular and prompt communication with the client using a variety of channels, including calls, WhatsApp, EDMs, etc.
• Describe the personalized offer to the client based on the significant occasions (birthday, term renewal, etc.).
• Address client problems, provide reasonable responses and options within the allotted time, and ensure resolution by following up.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Essential Qualifications

• Graduate
