Job Responsibilities:

• Execute instrumentation maintenance tasks of DCS,PLC, analyzers, and field instruments with quality. 
• Review maintenance activities and prioritize critical tasks. Perform scheduled and chance-based maintenance on instrumentation equipment. 
• Ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and best practices. 
• Assist the Manager with spares inventory management to maintain stock levels and issue spares for job execution.+
• Assist the Manager in procurement by following up with vendors, purchases, and stores. 
• Assist the Manager with shutdown planning, budgeting, and execution. 
• Conduct risk assessments and follow all safety guidelines in routine and shutdown jobs. +Prepare audit related documents for the manager.
• Perform regular troubleshooting and root cause analysis. 
• Facilitate and support minor projects.
• Conduct obsolescence management. 
• Collect data for performance monitoring and reporting. 
• Implementation of recommendations
• Providing technical guidance and training to subordinates.
