Job Responsibilities :

• In charge of the store's profit and loss.
• Make sure that all consumables are under budget and strive to save costs.
• Make sure that decisions are promptly executed on the ground without wasting time.
• Make sure that prices and promotions are clearly displayed and conveyed to all customers in the stores.

• Provide career planning and functional, behavioral training to mentor sales support.
• Provide category and store staff with the most recent information on new product/brand developments, as well as presentation/selling strategies.
• A rise in sales per employee indicates a boost in productivity.
