This is an opportunity to work from home. You will serve as our customers' initial point of contact for any inquiries they may have about anything from orders and products to problems with payments and website assistance. Our Remote Customer Service Associates navigate, investigate, and evaluate solutions using a range of tools, and they also effectively communicate with customers. 

Remote Customer Service Associate Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring delivery success by supporting shippers, customers, drivers, and delivery service partners.
• Fixing technical problems with Prime products, the Amazon website, and/or electronic devices (Kindle, Echo, etc.)
• Gathering data in order to prevent any issues that could compromise client satisfaction and delivery performance.
