Roles and Responsibilities –

• On our learning platform, we are conducting online classes, clearing doubts, and providing a good learning atmosphere for children in grades 4 through 10.
• Providing error-free, step-by-step answers to students' enquiries.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback on areas for improvement.
• Meet the requirement of 24 sessions per week, as well as the obligatory supplementary obligations of up to 12 hours each week.
• The majority of non-session activities would take place between 3 and 4:30 PM, with sessions lasting from 4:30 to 9 PM.
• Additional tasks include parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, training, and monthly tests. The list is not exhaustive.
• Any increased workload to improve student achievement. Between 3pm and 9pm.
