  1. Providing the greatest possible customer service when making inbound calls to both new and current wireline residential clients, offering telecommunications goods and services.
  2. Establishing trusting relationships with clients by learning about their backgrounds, understanding their needs, and suggesting goods choices they are happy with
  3.  Solution-based selling, which addresses consumer concerns by asking probing, understanding, listening, and making recommendations. 
  4.  Using a variety of tools and systems at once while interacting with clients.
  5. Completing and verifying the accuracy of customer orders. 
  6.  Sharing best practices and taking part in ongoing training sessions

Required Candidate profile

  1. Requirements: 10 + 2 or any graduate
  2. International Sales Requires Experience with International BPO
  3.  Employment Background At least a year's worth of inbound sales experience (only for international BPO)
  4. Outstanding communication in English.
  5.  At ease working graveyard shifts.
