A Sales Executive is needed for a full-time on-site position at Bharti AXA Life Insurance in Thiruvananthapuram. The sales executive will be in charge of prospecting and bringing in new business, cultivating and preserving client relationships, and hitting sales goals on a daily basis. Together, the sales executive and the sales team will devise plans and pinpoint areas for expansion.

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Strong bargaining and sales ability
• Capacity to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance business 
• Understanding of market trends and insurance products 
• Capacity to function both individually and collaboratively 
• Positivity and initiative in pursuing objectives 
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline
