What you will do:

• Directing payroll, reporting, and compliance from start to finish. Above all, make sure the work flow is seamless by applying your expertise and understanding of Indian payroll, labor laws, and statutory regulations like PF, ESI, and TDS.
• Automating reconciliations and reporting for payroll. coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to guarantee timely completion of payroll analysis and reconciliations
• Proactively identifying and assessing the compliance gaps, then working with an outside vendor to close them as much as possible
• Encourage the completion of audit-related inquiries, observations, and closure

 Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree with an HR concentration 
• Two to four years of experience in compliance and payroll for HR 
• Proficiency in payroll and PAN India compliances is a prerequisite. 
• Using Google Sheets and Docs, Microsoft Office (Excel, Docs), and other tools 
• Demonstrated ability to manage several priorities and deadlines while working efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment
