Account Manager Job Responsibilities :

  • In order to onboard new accounts, help partners comprehend the requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Execute growth-forward tasks, such as offer alignments and marketing operations alignments, to ensure events and activities go live on time.
  • Address problems like 'diner denied payout' and make sure that business dealings for partners and patrons at the restaurants run smoothly.
  • Create growth strategies for every account you oversee and compile information on rival activities.
  • Interact with the finance team (reconciliation of payouts, GST enquiries, amount not deposited to partner accounts, etc.), partner support team (discount modifications, restaurant display pages, etc.), and sales operations team (competition comparison data, ongoing festival data, etc.).

  • Grad with between six months and a year of field sales expertise; proficiency in the native tongue and a basic understanding of English
  • Strong knowledge of and proficiency with all online marketing platforms and e-commerce
