What will you do

• The field coordinators will work in coordination with the client's field force to inform both patients and prescribers of the benefits and services of the Patient Support Program (PSP).
• Keeping track of all patients enquiring about the PSP Program and facilitating enrollment in the Patient Support Programme (PSP) 
• Coordinators will visit hospitals and prescribers to explain the services and offerings of the Patient Support Program (PSP). 
• Patient Visits: The Program Administrator will provide a patient work plan outlining which patients require assistance with what services, when, and where. The field coordinator must also be willing to visit patients in their homes.
• Post-enrollment: Following enrollment, the field coordinator must provide regular updates to prescribers on their enrolled patients. This will include the patient's enrollment status, use of program services, and overall well-being.

• B.Sc. graduate (preferably with a science background) 
• Effective oral and written communication skills. 
• Patient management and counseling abilities.
