Responsible for addressing both outbound and inbound calls from customers or authorized third parties on all procedure and contingency circumstances that arise due to any issues. ▪ Resolve customer complaints during peak hours and advise on the best resolution. ▪ Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer needs and requests. ▪ Evaluate and recommend customer service solutions based on their needs and circumstances. ▪ Input and verify data into relevant systems as needed. ▪ Document customer interactions as prescribed by the procedure. ▪ Provide effective customer support by resolving back-office duties when not on call. ▪ Understanding of utilities and related market actors. ▪ Analysis results can inform targeted marketing strategies, such as: ▪- Sales Fulfilment: Retaining existing customers and acquiring new clients. ▪- Information: Providing timely and consistent information to customers. ▪ Analyses can be used for a variety of purposes, such as evaluating consumer satisfaction and managing risks. ▪ - Data collection and analysis are an ongoing and iterative process.
