RTR Analyst Job Skill & Responsibilities:

• Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary for interacting with all levels of the organization
•  Experience in handling Clients: escalations and reviews as well as daily interactions 
•  Efficient and effective command of MS-Office, Particularly Excel
•  Analyse financial data and provide insights to help decision-making processes.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the capacity to design easy solutions. 
•  Supervise and mentor team members within the R2R team
• Lead and execute R2R activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.
