Job Summary:

• We are looking to add a highly qualified and seasoned HRO Analyst to our team. Full ownership of HR procedures and policy guidelines will fall within this role's purview, particularly with regard to handling disciplinary matters including unapproved settlements, call avoidance, job abandonment, and attendance problems. 
• The analyst will oversee the full course of HR disciplinary cases, offering managers and staff thorough direction, documentation, and support while making sure that corporate rules and legal requirements are followed.
