Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

• Create and implement methods to optimise data centre infrastructure design and use, resulting in increased efficiency and cost savings.
• Lead projects to optimise processes, automate workflows, and increase the agility of infrastructure deployment.
• Analyse complicated problems, find areas for improvement, and create new solutions with a substantial influence on infrastructure performance and cost.
• Create and implement programs that enable faster and more efficient service deployments, thereby supporting Google's continuing growth and innovation.
• Work closely with the engineering, product, and operations teams to understand their requirements and establish alignment on infrastructure solutions.

Minimum qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, or comparable work experience.
• One year of experience in program management.
• Experience in infrastructure, operations, or capacity planning.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with resource management.
• Expertise in data modelling, trend analysis, statistics, and forecasting.
• Experience in capacity planning, inventory optimisation, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Capability to be an influential member of an integrated team made up of both technical and non-technical individuals.
