Technical Support Representative Job Role & responsibilities:
- Collaborates with clients to determine their needs in relation to services and provides the best possible solutions while delivering top-notch customer care.
- Identifies and fixes common problems with modem and network operation, including landline troubleshooting.
- Helps clients optimize service functionality by guiding them through common phone hardware and software configurations.
- Offers resources and answers for resolving customer repair issues.
- Communicates over the phone with clients, giving them status updates and guaranteeing that service has been restored.
- When necessary, escalates pertinent technical issues to higher-level technical support.

Preferred candidate profile:
- A minimum of one year's experience providing voice-based international technical support
- Outstanding ability to communicate
- I've worked on WiFi, router, and modem connectivity issues, as well as ISP issues.
- Should feel at ease operating in a round-the-clock workplace
- Not necessary to graduate
- Rotational work schedules and weeks off
