Technical Support Representative Job Role & responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with clients to determine their needs in relation to services and provides the best possible solutions while delivering top-notch customer care.
  • Identifies and fixes common problems with modem and network operation, including landline troubleshooting.
  • Helps clients optimize service functionality by guiding them through common phone hardware and software configurations.
  • Offers resources and answers for resolving customer repair issues. 
  • Communicates over the phone with clients, giving them status updates and guaranteeing that service has been restored. 
  • When necessary, escalates pertinent technical issues to higher-level technical support.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • A minimum of one year's experience providing voice-based international technical support 
  • Outstanding ability to communicate 
  • I've worked on WiFi, router, and modem connectivity issues, as well as ISP issues. 
  • Should feel at ease operating in a round-the-clock workplace 
  • Not necessary to graduate 
  • Rotational work schedules and weeks off
