The Telecaller Executive is responsible for driving the company's outreach activities by engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and supporting sales strategies. To create relationships with clients over the phone, this position demands great communication skills as well as a strong customer service mindset.
Telecaller Executive Job Responsibilities :
- Make cold calls to prospective customers to advertise the business's products and services.
- Have meaningful discussions with clients to learn about their problems and provide suitable answers.
- When speaking with clients, keep a professional yet approachable manner to build rapport.
- Follow up with leads that came from marketing campaigns and monitor their development.
- Keep thorough records of all calls, leads, and customer contacts by entering them into the CRM system.
- Reach goals for calls, leads, and sales conversions on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Requirements :
- A business degree or a similar degree is recommended; a high school diploma or its equivalent is acceptable.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong negotiating and persuading skills.
- Basic data entry and computer abilities, as well as knowledge of CRM platforms.
