Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Help the customer with any unanswered questions they may have about support, help, upgrades, etc.
To ensure that the training is applicable, finish the training needs analysis.
Consider the needs of the learners when creating training materials.
By carrying out the initiatives that have been determined to be vitally important during each and every customer support interaction, including calls and emails, you can maintain and increase customer satisfaction.
Able to work well with the staff, equipment, and resources in the technical services and customer support team to help resolve customer problems (escalation points, knowledgebase tools, internal applications, etc.)
Completes all training and development requirements on time.
knowledge of the protocols for handling escalation.
