Primary Responsibilities:

• Use the agency vertical to drive and meet monthly topline targets. 
• Make sure the portfolio is diversified to include health, non-motor, and motor products for the location they are in charge of.
• To achieve preset objectives, motivate team members to hire agents. 
• Collaborate with your team to ensure that agents are activated monthly in line with your predetermined objectives.
• Oversee individual goals for activation, premium, and agent recruitment, if applicable.
