UX Designer Responsibilities:

• Creating and executing UX designs while collaborating closely with teams from different departments.
• Develop your own end-to-end UX process based on the business needs and the current product vision.
• Prototyping, wireframes, user interaction models, task flows, design briefs, design specifications, guidelines, and comprehensive designs with little direction.
• Use data-driven design techniques to support product improvements until the usability and experience meet success criteria and are enjoyable.
• Develop and share with stakeholders end-to-end scenarios, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and specs.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1+ years of work experience as a UX designer in the tech domain.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in design, human factors, HCI, or a related discipline.
• Working well with a cross-functional group to guarantee stakeholder alignment.
• Capacity to use data from multiple sources to sort through noise and find the core cause of the customer's issue.
• Proficient in both writing and speaking to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Self-driven to think creatively and adept at navigating murky circumstances.
