Responsibilities:

• Creating and executing UX designs while collaborating closely with teams from different departments.
• Create your own end-to-end UX process based on business requirements and current product vision.
• Prototyping, detailed designs, design briefs, design requirements, guidelines, task flows, user interaction models, wireframes, and detailed designs can be completed with little supervision.
• Use data-driven design approaches to promote product modifications until usability and experience meet success criteria.
• Develop and share with stakeholders end-to-end scenarios, interaction models, wireframes, prototypes, and specs.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 1+ years of work experience as a UX designer in the tech domain.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in design, human factors, HCI, or a related discipline.
• Working well with a cross-functional team to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Capability to use data from numerous sources to cut through the noise and identify the root cause of the customer's problem.
• Interacting with top leadership and stakeholders requires proficiency in both writing and speaking.
• Self-driven to think creatively and adept at navigating murky circumstances.
