What will you be doing?

• Attend LIVE one-on-one coaching/tutoring sessions with the students assigned to you, making sure to maintain the required session ratings throughout the process. If you can guarantee the most conversions from demo sessions or the most renewals from current students, you'll be doing an excellent job because it demonstrates that your students value what you teach and want to continue getting your mentoring. 
• Make sure that students are engaged with Vedantu, as this will motivate them to pay you more per hour. (You will receive rewards for being genuine business partners and teachers.)
• Observing and abiding by any modifications that may occasionally be made to the session constructs or policies based on business requirements.
