What will you be doing?

• Attend LIVE one-on-one coaching/tutoring sessions with the students assigned to you, making sure to keep up the necessary session ratings in the process. If you can guarantee the highest number of conversions from demo sessions or the highest number of renewals from current students, you'll be doing a great job at what you do since it shows that your students appreciate what you teach and want to continue receiving your mentoring. 
• Make sure that students are engaged with Vedantu, as this will motivate them to pay you more per hour. (You will receive rewards for being genuine business partners and teachers.)
• Observing and abiding by any modifications that may occasionally be made to the session constructs or policies based on business requirements.
