Virtual Customer Support Associate In Amazon
As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you have a clear goal: to prevent problems, answer questions, and delight customers. You will be our customers' first point of contact, answering their questions via phone, chat, and/or email - this includes everything from order and product inquiries to payment issues and website guidance. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, as well as communicate effectively with customers.

What qualifications do we need from you?
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Have the right to work in India.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Experience working with a computer
- The availability to work various shifts from Monday to Sunday between the operating hours of 6 a.m. and 11 p.m.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts (e.g., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as needed)
- You will need a quiet, distraction-free work environment (dedicated office space with a desk and chair).
- From a technical standpoint, a minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection.
