As an Amazon Customer Service Associate, you have a clear goal to prevent problems, answer questions, and delight customers. You will be our customers' first point of contact, answering their questions via phone, chat, and/or email - this includes everything from order and product inquiries to payment issues and website guidance. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, as well as communicate effectively with customers.
