Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) Job Responsibilities:

• Promote sales of BYJU'S educational products by proactively establishing connections and reaching out to new people.
• Develop and preserve a close rapport with customers by learning about their needs and offering specialized services.
• Organize weekend counseling sessions to introduce BYJU's learning approaches and solutions to potential clients.
• Work together with internal teams to maximize client retention and satisfaction.
• By using efficient sales tactics and initiatives, consistently meet and surpass sales targets.

Key Requirements:

• A track record of success in customer service or direct sales, ideally in the education or related fields.
• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to clearly express the value proposition of BYJU'S products.
