Roles & Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with the Office and Email Office platforms
• Familiarity with Office 365 and the Microsoft Office strategy
• knowledge of identity and access control systems 
• Windows Server platform from Microsoft 
• Best practices for software delivery and SCCM 2007/2012 
• Familiarity with email platforms, especially Outlook and Exchange
• Usually educated to a degree 
• Extensive familiarity with the enterprise-level architecture and design principles of Microsoft Office. 
• Outstanding capacity to communicate and form close bonds with a variety of stakeholders 
• Outstanding familiarity with engineering products and product assessment 
• Excellent planning, problem-solving, analytical, lateral thinking, and communication skills
• Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
• Capacity to create excellent reports and presentations that clearly explain complicated technological concepts in a language that businesspeople can understand

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate would have 60 months of IT experience and at least a degree in any field.
