Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Plans, plans, develops, teaches, and certifies trainers in learning principles, facilitation, and coaching abilities. 
  • New hire communication training (classroom training) 
  • Provide feedback and coaching to agents on communication skills and spoken English. 
  • Audits transactions for agents on the floor using a prescribed sheet defined by the client or TT. 
  • Provide recorded input on the gaps discovered in the audit. 
  • Attend weekly calibration calls with clients/internals as scheduled. 
  • Hold training sessions as needed and within the time frame specified. 
  • Complete his or her certification process. 
  • Evaluate trainee performance during tests. 
  • Manage database, generate daily reports, and analyze data.
  • Performs needs assessments to identify and analyze training needs, provide training and instructional solutions, and evaluate training. 
  • Provides and/or aids with consulting in all elements of training for organizational objectives and projects; participates in the design, development, and implementation of training programs with a large organizational reach. 
  • Plans, plans, develops, delivers, and consults on a variety of training projects and instructional programs, including instructor-led, train-the-trainer, electronic/web-based, and multimedia training methods and formats.
  • Proposes and/or implements novel solutions, improvements, and enhancements to training programs. 
  • Lead and deliver consulting engagements that include client expectations management, quality control and delivery assurance, issue management, client insight and value capture, work planning and execution, and effective client communication.
