Junior Project Manager Job Role:

• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution. 
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and objectives, with stakeholder involvement and technical feasibility. 
• Create a detailed project plan to track progress. 
• Verify changes to scope and schedule. 
• Report and escalate to management as needed. 
• Manage internal stakeholders. 
• Minimize project risks through risk management. 
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation. 
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather ordering briefs and clarify project requirements. 
• Monitor project performance to ensure short and long-term goals are met successfully.

• Proven project management experience 
• Strong client and internal communication skills. Candidates must be able to work in a cross-functional organization and communicate effectively with internal departments. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
