Zepto is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring that we hire the best possible talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be in charge of managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top performers.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Use a variety of channels to find and attract candidates, such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Screen resumes and applications to find qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to determine candidate suitability.
  • Interview Coordination: Plan and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.
  • Candidate Experience: Create a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication throughout the recruitment process and providing prompt feedback.
  • Job Posting: Create and distribute job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and offer advice on recruitment best practices.
  • Employer branding entails promoting Zepto as a preferred employer through job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Two or more years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Experience in the technology or e-commerce industries is beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
