Responsibilities :

  • In charge of verifying tags and responding promptly (via Slack or emails)
  • They must actively follow up on the data they are working on.
  • Keeping up with their own Excel spreadsheets
  • Good department/sub department mapping and a clear understanding of taxonomy 
  • Pay attention to approving jobs that are hygienic
  • Giving employers an explanation of the documentation process's goal
  • Setting the scene for follow-up calls

Requirement :

  • Candidates with experience in customer success, BPO/KPO, recruitment, call center, or SaaS-related industries are preferred, but graduation is required.
  • Ability to type at least 20–25 words per minute and proficiency in both Hindi and English.
  • Two to five years of relevant job experience in customer service or similar roles (voice processing is preferred).
  • The capacity to work for at least two years in a front-line position answering consumer inquiries.
  • Stable workspace with a dedicated work-from-home setup and a dependable Wi-Fi connection (at least 30 Mbps).
  • Availability and adaptability to work long hours and weekends as part of a rotating shift plan.
  • Familiarity and ease using digital technologies like Calendly, Zoom, Google Meet, ticketing systems, Excel, CRM, and chat applications.
  • Availability to begin within a month and a willingness to dedicate oneself to the current position for a minimal amount of time.
