Area Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To meet the collection targets for the assigned area, while also achieving the PI targets and the Cost of Collections target.
  • Control bucket flow scenarios and prioritise non-starters.
  • Ensure documented feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with legal rules when repossessing products.
  • Ensure compliance with audit queries.
  • Performing a background and reference check on agencies / DCTs that are being appointed.
  • Identify and manage training requirements for CEs.
  • Assist collection officers with legal/police difficulties.
  • Ensure timely and lucrative disposal of confiscated stock and secure custody of seized products.
  • Visit random customers.
