Area Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- To meet the collection targets for the assigned area, while also achieving the PI targets and the Cost of Collections target.
- Control bucket flow scenarios and prioritise non-starters.
- Ensure documented feedback.
- Ensure compliance with legal rules when repossessing products.
- Ensure compliance with audit queries.
- Performing a background and reference check on agencies / DCTs that are being appointed.
- Identify and manage training requirements for CEs.
- Assist collection officers with legal/police difficulties.
- Ensure timely and lucrative disposal of confiscated stock and secure custody of seized products.
- Visit random customers.
