One to four years of experience working on brands and managing the communication and brand strategy. Marketing expertise in the beauty industry is a plus.
Has experience with the creative development process, which includes media planning, digital planning, and the idea and execution of multi-media campaigns.
Having a strong creative bent and the capacity to generate ideas to raise brand awareness and visibility
Has a talent for analysis and the capacity to understand data Ability to lead a cross-functional team and interact with stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
Working in an unstructured environment is a must, and it should be an entrepreneurial experience.
