Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience:
- keeping an eye on and ensuring the acquisition's quality via the store
- Increasing revenue per foot traffic by assisting clients in making purchases
- Reaching the store's profitability (return on investment) goals
- lowering losses from pilferage (wastage) and shrinkage (unidentified losses)
- Managing churn while maintaining the satisfaction of walk-in customers
- Store executives should receive coaching and training, and it should be ensured that frequent performance reviews, associate and on-roll employee performance streamlining, and high employee motivation and retention rates are achieved.

Store Manager Qualifications:
- Graduate with expertise in P&L management.
- Two to three years of retail industry experience
- Customer relationship management and store management
