What you will do in this role:

  • Using and navigating between tools with ease while in a chat session to make sure you can provide the most accurate and comprehensive support possible 
  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions through an online chat channel while adhering to departmental goals, shifts, procedures, and measurements 
  • Every client encounter is recorded using contact tracking tools, and outstanding customer issues are forwarded to the appropriate resources with all pertinent details included. 
  • Maintaining your word, keeping people informed about the status of your work, and identifying and requesting help for any challenges that prevent you from achieving your objectives 
  • Accumulating and preserving up-to-date campaign knowledge 
  • Maintaining first contact resolution consistently 
  • Making an effort to meet and surpass all operational metrics and goals 

Concentrix Jobs 

Your qualifications:

  • Minimum education required for high school 
  • Applications are welcome from both inexperienced and seasoned agents. 
  • Experience using web chat in a contact center setting (Beneficial) 
  • Possessing prior international BPO experience is advantageous. 
  • Strong command of the English language and outstanding ability to write business letters 
  • Proven computer literacy, proficiency with Microsoft Office, comprehension of pertinent software, and advanced online capabilities
