Job Description:

  • Provide prompt and accurate customer service by phone, email, or chat. 
  • Determine the needs of the client and assist them in using particular features.

  • Discuss feature requests and workable solutions with your teammates. 
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.

  • Get input from customers and provide it to our marketing, sales, and product teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 0–12 months of experience in a customer experience position 
  • Being acquainted with the FinTech sector is advantageous. 
  • Proficient with remote assistance tools and help desk software. 
  • Understanding the operation of CRM systems
